WINEMAKING AND STYLE:

This is not just another rosé for warm summer days, but a complex wine that also expresses the terroir.

Processing was quick and gentle: after crushing and berrying, the grapes were immediately pressed, the must was fermented in cooled steel tanks, then matured on lees for about half a year, and finally bottled in May after clarification and gentle filtration. The result is crystal clear and elegant rose wine from 2019, close to Provencal rose style, with a definite white wine character, fresh currants and strawberries, as well as drupe, grapefruit, blood orange and lychee.

Great character, harmony, nice acidity and long finish.
